About Vintemod Netherlands
Our story began in 2013, when we launched our first Facebook store and quickly built a community that connected with our unique approach to retro-inspired fashion. As our audience grew, we expanded to Instagram and soon realized there was a strong demand for designs that blend vintage charm with modern wearability.
In 2016, we transitioned from social media to our own online store, allowing us to reach a wider audience with our signature retro aesthetic. Originally named Vintagemodern, the brand evolved into Vintemod in 2018 to reflect a cleaner and more authentic identity.
In 2019, we opened our first physical store in Istanbul — a milestone that marked the beginning of our in-house production and exclusive handmade designs. Over the next years, Vintemod continued to grow, becoming known for limited-edition pieces crafted from natural and deadstock fabrics, with an emphasis on sustainability, inclusivity, and timeless style.
In 2024, we opened our Amsterdam office and began introducing our collections through designer markets and pop-up stores across Haarlem, Amsterdam, and Utrecht. These local collaborations allowed Dutch customers to experience our sustainable, vintage-inspired designs in person while strengthening Vintemod’s presence in the Netherlands.

A New Chapter: Vintemod Moves Fully to the Netherlands (2025)
In November 2025, Vintemod officially completed its transition to the Netherlands, bringing our entire brand vision and production philosophy to our new base in Amsterdam. Today, Vintemod operates fully as a Netherlands-based sustainable fashion brand, serving both local and international customers through our online store and pop-up market collaborations.
Our Amsterdam studio focuses on small-batch, ethically made collections inspired by retro Dutch streetwear, European vintage culture, and 70s–80s design language. Every piece is crafted from eco-friendly fabrics, including cotton gabardine, canvas, linen, vegan leather, and unique Turkish deadstock textiles.

What We Stand For
Sustainable Fashion
We work exclusively with natural or recycled fabrics and avoid synthetic fast-fashion materials. Many of our coats and outerwear pieces are made using deadstock rug textiles, giving new life to materials that would otherwise be wasted.
Limited Edition, Handmade Production
All Vintemod garments are produced in small batches in our own workshop. Nothing is mass-produced. Every piece is designed with care, tested by our team, and crafted to last.
Unisex & Gender-Neutral Design
Most of our styles are intentionally unisex. We believe clothing should be inclusive, comfortable, and free from gender boundaries.
Retro Aesthetic, Modern Wearability
Our garments blend timeless vintage details with contemporary cuts, creating pieces that are expressive yet practical for everyday life.
